Vendor Policy (Future Program)

AssuredAccess currently operates as a first-party store: every product is sourced, verified and fulfilled by us. A multi-vendor marketplace program is planned. When it opens, vendors will be required to:

• Complete business KYC (GST/Udyam registration, PAN, bank verification);
• Prove authorized sourcing for every SKU (invoices from publishers/distributors);
• Meet delivery SLAs (instant or clearly stated fulfilment windows);
• Maintain a replacement rate under 2% and honor our Refund & Cancellation Policy;
• Accept settlement cycles, commissions and audits defined in the vendor agreement.
