Renewal Policy

• Renewal is manual and opt-in — we never auto-charge your payment instrument.
• Reminder emails are sent 14, 7 and 1 day(s) before a term license or subscription expires; a "Renew" button appears in your License Vault and Subscriptions pages.
• Renewing before expiry extends from the current expiry date, so you never lose paid time.
• Renewals after expiry start a fresh term at the current listed price.
• Renewal prices follow the live product price at the time of renewal; promotional first-term prices may not repeat.
