Intellectual Property Policy

  • Platform IP. The AssuredAccess name, logo, website design, code, copy and the License Vault experience are the property of SapneDigital. You may not copy, frame or create derivative works without written consent.
  • Publisher IP. Software, subscriptions and gift cards sold on the platform remain the intellectual property of their publishers (Microsoft, Adobe, Google, etc.). Purchase grants only the usage rights in the applicable EULA.
  • Trademarks. Third-party marks appear solely to identify genuine products (nominative fair use). No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless stated.
  • Your content. Reviews and support messages you submit grant us a non-exclusive license to display and moderate them on the platform.
  • Reporting. Rights holders may report concerns via our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
