These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of assuredaccess.in ("the Platform"), operated by SapneDigital, a sole proprietorship of Jay Malakar, registered at 591, Tanulal Mali, Taraimal, Tamnar, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh 496001, India (UDYAM-CG-13-0015376). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under supervision of a legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

2. Products & orders

We sell digital products: software licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, memberships, gift cards, coupon codes, downloadable products and digital services. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — with a full refund.

3. Delivery

Delivery is electronic. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. We never store your card details. See the Payment Policy.

5. Licenses

Products remain subject to the original publisher's end-user license agreement (EULA). Our License Agreement page explains what you receive.

6. Prohibited use

Reselling keys without authorization, fraudulent chargebacks, using stolen payment instruments, or attempting to exploit the Platform will lead to account termination and may be reported to authorities.

7. Refunds

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
