Digital Product Policy

This policy defines what you purchase on AssuredAccess and what to expect.

Product categories

• Software license keys — activation keys for software (e.g. Windows, Office). Sourced from authorized channels; validity as stated on the product page (lifetime or term-based).
• Subscriptions & memberships — time-bound access (e.g. AI tools, VPNs, streaming). Duration is shown on the product page; time starts at delivery.
• Accounts & invites — access provided on your own account (invite/upgrade) or a provisioned account, as stated on the listing.
• Gift cards & coupon codes — one-time redeemable codes for the stated region and value.
• Downloadable products — files delivered via secure, time-limited links.
• Digital services — fulfilled per the service description and timeline on the listing.

• Region, platform, duration and device limits are always specified on the product page — please read before buying.
• Keys are single-use unless stated otherwise; we track every key to guarantee it is never sold twice.
• Publisher EULAs apply to all software. Violating a publisher's terms may void a license without refund eligibility.
