AssuredAccess respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid infringement notices under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and analogous international frameworks (including the DMCA).

Filing a notice

Email support@assuredaccess.in with subject "Copyright Notice" including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the exact URL(s) on our platform; (3) your contact details; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized agent; (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Our process

We acknowledge within 48 hours, remove or disable access to the material within 36 hours of validating the notice, and notify the affected listing owner, who may submit a counter-notice with equivalent detail. Repeat infringers are terminated.

All trademarks, product names and brand logos displayed on AssuredAccess belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products being sold.
